Mr Chandler (and associates) were very responsive via text message on the OTR chat. While I was unable to get a call, I understand. Calls with clients can sometimes drag on and waste time. I am very to the point, but Mr. Chandler can't just talk to everyone for hours, so he doesn't do phone calls. In person he is mostly straight forward, and is straightforward enough to know the odds and let you decide the course of action. I would recommend Billy Chandler, with the understanding that he sets firm boundaries on his time.
